The Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Program is available for pregnant and postpartum women, infants and children up to age five (5) who qualify based on income guidelines and nutritional need. WIC is a nutrition and breastfeeding program  that helps young families eat well and be healthy. Fillmore County Public Health WIC staff provide families with nutrition and feeding information, E-WIC card vouchers for a variety of healthy foods, and information and referrals to other health and community resources.

See the Minnesota Department of Health WIC Program to learn more about the program, eligibility, breastfeeding, WIC-eligible foods, and nutrition. To enroll or schedule a WIC appointment, contact Fillmore County Public Health at 507-765-2652.
