This does not replace your Wellness Tracking card; please use your tracking card to manually keep track of events. Tracking cards will be compared and verified at the end of the year.

As part of your Individual Choice Tracking, there is an option to watch On Demand Webinars from Sand Creek EAP. These are offered to all employees as part of our association with Sand Creek EAP and offer many different topics to all employees. These videos are strictly voluntary and while not part of the sponsored activities, the Wellness & Activities Committee would like to actively promote them as a way to improve on mental health and well-being. You will earn 1 tracking point on the individual choice tracking sheet by watching one or more of these webinars.
