MNDOT R/W Maps, Plats and Railroad Maps
Minnesota State Highway Right-of Way maps and Right of Way Plats can be viewed or downloaded from their website. Also, available on their website are the Railroad Right-of-Way Maps. Their website can be access at the following website:

Fillmore County Highway Right-of-Way Plats
All the recorded Highway Right-of-Way Plats can be viewed at the County Recorder's Office. The recorded Highway R/W Plats have been scanned and are available for download from this webpage. In order to download a certain plat the Document No. must be known. To determine the Document No. please download the following county map showing the R/W Plat location along with the appropriate Document Number.
Once the Document No. has been determined from the above county map then click on the EXCEL file below, choose SAVE this will allow you to view the database file. Double click on the appropriate file name in the database file in order to view or save the drawing of the R/W Plat.

The County Highway Alignment and R/W Maps can be viewed at the County Highway Building.
Some of these maps have been scanned and are available for download from this webpage. If you are interested in a certain highway map that is not available for download please contact the county surveyor by email.
