Follow Along Program

Babies and young children grow and learn at their own rate. Some children need special help to grow up healthy and learn skills such as sitting, walking or talking. Families may participate in the Follow Along Program to better understand their child's health and development. Families complete questionnaires about how their child is growing, playing, talking, moving and acting at various ages. Fillmore County Public Health staff connect with families to learn more about their children and provide them with resources and fun activities to do with their children. Families interested in the Follow Along Program may enroll through the Minnesota Department of Health.
