Child Passenger Safety

A Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician provides families with car seat education and installation services. A car seat distribution program is available for qualifying BluePlus members, UCare members, or clients meeting eligibility requirements.
Fillmore County Public Health has an approved Minnesota Center for Professional Development (Develop) trainer for the C.A.R.S. curriculum, which is available for childcare and foster care providers. Enroll and find current training opportunities at Develop.
