Minnesota Statute 145A.01, subd. 17
states that a public health nuisance is "any activity or failure to act that adversely affects the public." For nuisances within a city, contact the local city office. Fillmore County Public Health investigates complaints and takes appropriate action to address the nuisance according to the procedures outlined in Minnesota Statute 145A.04, subd. 8
. Fillmore County addresses all drug lab nuisances per the Fillmore County Cleanup of Clandestine Drug Lab Sites Ordinance. To fill a complaint, please contact Fillmore County Public Health.
