Sealed bids for the construction of the Infrastructure Rehabilitation Project will be received by City of Ostrander, 414 Main St, PO Box 115, Ostrander, MN  55961 at the office of the City Clerk-Treasurer until 2:00 pm local time on Wednesday, January 24, 2018, at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read.  Bidding Documents may be viewed and ordered online at or  You may view the digital plan documents for free by entering Quest project #5467009 on the website's Project Search Page.  Documents may be downloaded for $20.00.  Please contact at 952-233-1632 or for assistance in free memebership registration, viewing, downloading and working with this digital project information.  The cost of printed Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office will be $50.00 per set, which includes applicable sales tax and shipping.  Please make your check payable to Bolton & Menk, Inc. and send it to 2900 43rd St NW, Suite 100, Rochester, MN  55901.  Cost of Bidding Documents and shipping is non-refundable.
