Our benefit package includes the following: All regular employees working 40 or more hours per week OR salaried part-time employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for full County benefits as listed above. Pro-rated Paid Holiday and Paid Time Off (PTO) benefits will be paid for regular part-time employees working 20 or more hours per week using the full-time employee equivalency (FTE) percentage which is determined by the number of hours worked per week. The FTE percentage for regular part-time employees working on an hourly schedule is calculated based on the average number of hours worked during the previous year. |
